Funding Request

Dear Friends and Colleagues of Meharry Medical College,

Thank you for taking the time to share details about your research, project, or program with the Office of Corporate and Foundation Relations, a key fixture of Meharry’s Division of Institutional Advancement. Keeping us in the loop on new and upcoming initiatives allows our team to better help you, promptly and proactively, secure additional funding for your work. We’re excited to learn more about what you’re planning or currently managing, and how we might be able to collaborate on a funding request to support your department’s success.

It’s important to remember that our office deals exclusively with nonfederal funding opportunities. This means we manage partnerships with corporations, foundations, corporate foundations, charitable organizations, and similar entities. Use this form to start the conversation, and we will get back to you when an opportunity, one that aligns with your program, is identified by our team.

As fellow Meharrians, we appreciate all that you do for the College and its mission to serve underserved communities with compassionate care and true excellence. It’s our pleasure to be your friendly guide towards resources and financial support for you to keep doing the meaningful, transformative work you care so much about. Please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Sincerely,

Your Office of Corporate and Foundation Relations

Request Form

Which school are you affiliated with?(Required)
Briefly tell us about your research, project, or program. You can think of this as an executive summary. At this stage, it doesn't need to be perfect. We simply want to learn more about what you're working on, so we can determine which funders and RFPs might be a good fit for your proposal.
In total, how much funding does your department need to execute this program successfully? Share details about where funds might be allocated, in addition to the dollar amount. Right now, these numbers can be close approximations, as we will reach out with further questions if we identify funding opportunities for your work.
