Our work begins in communities representing more than one in every five rural Tennesseans, creating scalable models that can be expanded statewide.

HEALTH-TN is Meharry Medical College’s Center for Rural Access and Innovation, a statewide initiative designed to bring comprehensive health care services closer to home for underserved Tennesseans.
MOMS-TN
Supporting Healthier Pregnancies, Mothers and Families
MOMS-TN is focused on improving maternal health outcomes across rural Tennessee through coordinated, accessible, community-centered support for women and families.
By strengthening prenatal, postpartum and maternal health services, MOMS-TN works to reduce barriers to care and ensure mothers receive the support they need throughout their health care journey.
