The Office of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) supports Meharry’s mission by delivering timely, accurate and actionable insights that strengthen resource accountability and financial effectiveness. Guided by collaboration and service, we partner with senior leadership and the College community to facilitate planning, budgeting and stewardship through clear communication and strategic alignment.
Mission
Under the leadership of the senior vice president for finance and chief financial officer, the Office of Financial Planning and Analysis is dedicated to empowering decision-makers with precise, timely and thorough information that enhances resource accountability and financial effectiveness. As a vital support unit within the College, the office is committed to delivering high-quality, collaborative service by proactively anticipating the needs of stakeholders, educating personnel and ensuring the production of accurate and timely information.
Vision
The vision of the Office of Financial Planning and Analysis is to offer a team-oriented approach in supporting senior management and the college community. We aim to provide high-quality information for planning, budgeting, management and accountability. We strive to be a strategic partner for the College, advancing its operating plans, management reporting and stewardship principles through effective collaboration and communication.
