Wellness Connect
WellConnect is a free, confidential resource designed to support Meharry students as they navigate the demands of medical school. Whether you’re managing stress, balancing responsibilities, or facing personal challenges, WellConnect offers guidance and tools to help you thrive.
Therapy Assistance Online(TAO)
Students also have access to TAO (Therapy Assistance Online)—a digital platform offering over 150 brief, interactive sessions focused on mental health, emotional well-being, mindfulness, and substance use. TAO includes guided exercises and practical tools to help you build resilience and stay grounded.
Faith and mindfulness
Meharry welcomes all faiths and spiritual paths. Connect with student-led faith groups, explore interfaith discussions, and join mindful meditation sessions designed to support your spiritual and emotional wellness.
Financial wellness matters
Learn about paying for medical school, managing your debt and find out more about cost of attendance, student loans and federal work-study.
Support for academic success
Support your academic journey with resources that promote intellectual growth and success. Through CASA, schedule tutoring sessions and individual educational skills sessions to build the strategies, habits, and mindset required to thrive in health professional programs.
