Meharry Medical College offers three options for on-campus housing. If you prefer to live off campus, we are conveniently located in the North Nashville/Germantown Area, minutes away from downtown Nashville.
On Campus Housing Options
Constellation Place
Rates
One bedroom units starting at $1,500.00 per month
Overview
Meharry’s vision of a Living and Learning Center becomes reality in Constellation Place, our newest housing facility! Opened in 2023, Constellation place features classroom spaces, the Campus Housing office, a study room, and room for additional retail development on its first floor.
Secured away from these public spaces, Constellation Place also includes 126 one-bedroom apartments, a state-of-the-art exercise facility, and parcel lockers for occupant package deliveries.
Units are unfurnished, but include washers and dryers in each unit, along with full kitchens. Parking is included and is available on a first come first serve basis in the parking garage and exterior parking lots around the building.
Constellation Place units are open to student occupancy only. Please note, due to the presence of classroom spaces in this facility, emotional support animals may not reside in Constellation Place.
Morena Place
Rates
One bedroom units starting at $1,172 per month.
Two bedroom units starting at $1,733 per month.
Overview
Morena Place provides one-bedroom and two-bedroom units for Meharry students, faculty and staff. Morena place amenities include reserved parking inside gated lots, state-of-the-art exercise rooms, study rooms and common rooms for gathering with your classmates.
Inside each apartment, you will find washers and dryers, and a full kitchen with oven, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. All units are unfurnished.
Royal Towers
Rates
Efficiency apartments at $680 per month
One bedroom units at $810 per month
Two bedroom units at $930 per month
Overview
Many of Meharry’s prestigious alumni shared the start of their journey with an apartment in Royal Towers. Now you can begin your journey with affordable housing in Royal Towers too!
Efficiency unit kitchenettes have a miniature fridge, a two-burner stove top and a sink. One-bedroom and two-bedroom units include kitchens with a full-size refrigerator, full-size oven and dishwasher. All units include full baths and are unfurnished.
Royal Towers residents have access to four laundry rooms within the building, and they receive a credit allowance equal to four loads of laundry per week each semester for the laundry facilities.

Students interested in housing should complete the application for campus housing.
A security deposit equal to one month’s occupancy fee rate is required for all Campus Housing units. Students may elect to pay their occupancy fee units via financial aid.
