Ms. Latonya Ellis-Fleming, M.Ed., CPC, serves as an educational skills specialist at Meharry Medical College’s Center for Academic Success and Achievement (CASA), where she provides learning-strategy support, study-skills development and academic coaching to help students thrive in rigorous health-science programs. She holds a master’s degree in education and is also an instructor for the CORE program at Fisk University, while actively pursuing a Doctor of Church Leadership and Administration. Her professional background includes service as a college recruiter and TRiO counselor, giving her extensive experience in student engagement, community support and access-driven educational opportunities.
