SACS IEEE Student Branch
IEEE serves as a global community for innovation, providing platforms for collaboration, research dissemination, and the development of standards that shape the systems and technologies of tomorrow.
The IEEE Student Branch at Meharry School of Applied Computational Sciences extends this global mission to its student community.
The chapter provides opportunities for students to engage in professional development, virtual coffee talks, research and networking with peers and industry professionals.
Our members pursue collaborations in data science, computer technology, information services, bioinformatics, health research and other areas. Together we seek to use technology to solve real-world issues in healthcare and other fields.
