Student Organizations

Turn digital convenience into real-world community, leadership and impact.

SACS students and faculty at MS-CC internship event

Remote Learning. Real Community.

Our remote programs are designed with the best of both worlds in mind: the flexibility of virtual learning paired with the power of real, in-person connection. Student organizations bring scholars together on campus for hands-on collaboration, live meetings and shared experiences that deepen learning beyond the screen.

Get Involved in the Student Council.

Build leadership skills, influence decision-making and make a tangible impact beyond the virtual classroom. The Meharry SACS Student Council empowers students to shape their academic experience through real, in-person leadership and advocacy. Council members collaborate on campus with peers, faculty and administrators to represent student voices, support initiatives and strengthen community.

Level up with the Cybersecurity Club.

The Meharry SACS Cybersecurity Club gives students a chance to turn interest in cybersecurity and AI into real, hands-on experience. Through imeetings, collaborative projects and mentorship, students build practical skills, professional networks and leadership experience while tackling real-world security challenges. It’s where future cybersecurity professionals connect, learn, and grow together  on campus and beyond the screen.

Engineer your future with the IEEE Club.

Get ready to lead in engineering, computing and emerging technologies. The IEEE Club at Meharry SACS connects students to engineering, technology, and innovation. Through on-campus meetings, technical workshops, and collaborative projects, members apply what they learn to real-world challenges while building professional skills and networks.
